Out right now on Paul Oakenfold’s 48k, Perfecto Records imprint label is the brand new single “She is a Diamond” from Velvet Cash featuring Baby E.

Velvet Cash is a US based multi-instrumentalist and serious all-round talent having worked alongside some huge acts as a producer, such as Lil’ Wayne, DMX, Azealia Banks, Alicia Keys and many more.

He is a priority act for Paul Oakenfold and the label and with several more releases planned in the coming months we can only expect big things in the future.

’She Is A Diamond’ takes things down an afro-house road and see Cash employing the additional vocal services of former Lil’ Wayne protege Baby E. The stripped-down sexy groove is the perfect foil for Cash and E’s smoothly emotive vocal. Without doubt this is a gem of a tune.

The video for “She Is A Diamond” is slick, fast-paced and was shot in the famous Saltmine Studios, nestled in the Arizona desert, and is home to Velvet Cash where he works himself crafting his own songs; known for producing chart-topping hits, it’s the creative sanctuary for the likes of Alicia Keys, Lil Wayne, DMX, Ariana Grande, Jonas Brothers, to name but a few.  The studio is also ranked amongst the top 10 studios in the world, only pipped to the post by the infamous Abbey Road Studios in London.
